Harbour Landing, Regina’s newest community, is located in Regina’s southwest and is approximately 320 hectares in size. It includes single and multi-family residential for 10,000 people as well as significant commercial components for offices, shopping, dining and hotel accommodations. Harbour Landing is named after Canada’s first licensed air harbour and pays tribute to Regina’s rich aviation history.
Harbour Landing provided several engineering challenges including reverse topography, limited capacity for wastewater and environmentally impacted soils.
Stantec collaborated to develop a concept plan that worked within these restrictions, the Owners requirements and satisfied the City of Regina’s Development Standards to become Regina’s most desirable neighbourhood.
