Rodger McDonald , P. Eng. has been named as the 2009 recipient of the prestigious Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan Meritorious Achievement Award. The award recognizes a Saskatchewan resident for his/her outstanding achievements and contributions to the consulting engineering and/or consulting geoscience industry and the community.
